Regional Manager Operations

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced regional manager to oversee our stores business operations in an assigned region. The regional operations manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.

As a regional manager, your duties also include guiding management staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.

To be successful as a regional manager, you should be able to lead and manage people, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets. Ultimately, a top-notch regional manager should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

   • Oversee the operations of multiple store.

   • Guide, train and manage lower-level management and stores incharge.

   • Ensure that all stores follow SOP’s and business laws and regulations.

   • Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.

   • Collaborate with marketing team for the planning of quality events to enhance store sales.

   • Maximize company profits at the stores under your region.

   • Produce detailed performance reports and presentations where necessary.

Experience 

     • 7 - 10 Yrs. of Successful previous experience.

     • Strong math skills to crunch numbers and keep track of your region's profit.

     • Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed.

     • Multitasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a time.

     • Problem-solving skills, especially in situations of high stress.

     • Strong knowledge of company policy, goals and standards.

     • Organizational skills to manage large amounts of information.

     • Ability to generate a variety of reports and presentations displaying regional performance.

     • Experience managing, coaching and developing people and teams

     • Strong customer service skills in the areas of handling disputes and treating customers with care.

     • Excellent customer management and relationship building skills

     • Winning spirit and drive

Industry

     • From Offline stores handling experience with FMCG exposure or retail exposure
