Return and Exchange Policy
Augie brings Healthy foods, Quality products and services while serving your pet’s needs, and you will have a great time engaging with us.
Appropriate Return & Exchange Policy Terms and Conditions:
Products or items once sold are strictly non-refundable.
Pet Foods, milk replacer and similar products, Shampoos and Conditioners, stain and odour removers, Pest Control, harnesses, aquarium supplies and Pet Grooming Aids are non-returnable due to hygiene and disposable nature of the product.
Returning procedures are applicable only on following products, on certain conditions purchased online:
Pet – Habitats & Supplies, Apparel & Leashes, Training & Behavior Aids, Toys, Aquarium Supplies such as Pumps, Filters and Lights.
The product is eligible for free replacement as applicable within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to the purchaser.
And products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
Company may contact you to determine the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
Any free gifts associated with the product bundle must be returned together for replacements. The company will refuse to accept the returns if any of the above conditions are not met.
Exchange procedures are applicable only on products, on certain conditions purchased offline e.g. Retail store:
The product or item with manufacturing defect, damaged, defective or different item delivered which are unused, tags not tampered and in original packaging to be returned within seven 7 days from the date of purchase with a valid original invoice or receipt
Exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been damaged through abnormal use or if a Product Claim is made for a Customer error or change of mind
Products or items with cosmetic imperfections or defects are not eligible for exchange
No refund is given if the exchanged item is of lower value.
Free items given as part of a promotion cannot be returned for exchange.
The company will refuse to accept the Return, Exchanges and claims are deemed to be waived if any of the above conditions are not met and or If Customer fails to notify Augie within the said stipulated period.
Procedure for Returns and Exchanges:
1. Please contact Augie Pets India Pvt. Ltd and let us know about the issues concerning the order. We can be contacted email: [email protected]
2. Please note: You will be required to provide images within 24 hours of delivery, when making a claim for the below.
- * Faulty/ flawed items
- * Items received (Missing items claim)
- * Damaged items, out of date items
3. Upon receiving a return or exchange acceptance, please post back the items to the below address mentioning the reference number:

4. Once we receive your items, we will send you an acknowledgment. Providing the items arrive in its unused, original condition, including intact packaging as received from us. Refund (online) or exchange (offline) will be processed.
5. Items that are being returned (new/undamaged) are required to be returned in a padded parcel to protect the contents and be trackable.
Note: Augie reserve the right to vary, modify or change the terms and conditions herein the Return and Exchange policy at its own discretion without any prior notice at any time.
